Project Manager

Project Managers play a pivotal one at 80 DAYS, working closely with both clients and our creative, web development & marketing teams to deliver successful projects & campaigns.

Role & Responsibilities

The responsibilities of a Project Manager include:

Planning & Management

  • Determining a project brief and requirements
  • Developing project timelines and schedules
  • Coordinating team resources to deliver on project milestones
  • Continuous monitoring of project status and budgets

Client Communications

  • Act as main point of contact with clients
  • Work alongside client teams and other providers responsible for delivering a project
  • Arrange and attend meetings to present project updates, as well as all other regular communication needed to deliver projects on time and on budget

Skills & Experience


  • 2+ years’ experience in a Project Management role within an agency environment
  • Strong organisation & project management skills, with an aptitude for multi-tasking and managing various priorities
  • A confident, proactive attitude
  • Demonstrably commercially-minded
  • Excellent inter-personnel & communication skills
  • Experience & knowledge of managing creative projects such as branding, design and website development
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft office packages


  • A degree in marketing- or business-related subject, or other relevant Project Management qualification(s)
  • Experience & knowledge of the web development cycle
  • Experience & knowledge of digital marketing techniques including SEO, SEM, Social Media, etc.
  • Experience of digital solutions specific to the travel industry – such as online booking engines, PMS, Metasearch, etc.
  • Driving licence
  • A desire & willingness to regularly travel for work
  • A fluent second language


The role is to be primarily based in Edinburgh, with potential for travel to visit clients.
