80 DAYS, the global hospitality marketing agency, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Emma Parfitt as Managing Partner.
Emma brings nearly two decades of senior, client-side hospitality experience, having held leadership roles at some of the world’s most respected hotel brands, including The Savoy, Dorchester Collection UK and Bulgari Hotel & Residences London. Her background spans brand strategy, communications and senior stakeholder leadership, alongside agency and consultancy experience working with international hotel groups.
As Managing Partner, Emma will lead client relationships across 80 DAYS, strengthening how the agency partners with hotel owners and leadership teams to deliver long-term brand and commercial growth.

Alongside Emma’s appointment, Richard Grant, Performance Director at 80 DAYS, has joined the agency’s Executive team. Richard has spent over 15 years with the business, leading digital strategy, performance, and international client relationships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
