Lord Provost Of Edinburgh Presents 80 DAYS With Queen's Award

Six Years of Continuous International Growth

Awarded for six years of continuous international growth, we were delighted to win a Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade in 2019.

Following a reception at Buckingham Palace attended by Chairman Mark Forrester and Managing Partner Chris McGuire, the team were presented with our Queen’s Award certificate and commemorative crystal trophy by the Lord Provost and Lord Lieutenant of Edinburgh, Frank Ross, on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, in a ceremony at our offices this week.

The Lord Provost noted that Edinburgh, the UK’s busiest and most economically successful city outside of London, saw only one winner of a Queen’s Award in 2019; 80 DAYS.

We’re proud to be headquartered in such a multi-cultural and well-connected city with an impressive talent pool that has helped accelerate our international growth. A forward-thinking city that recently announced a sister-city agreement with Shenzhen in China – a market that’s showing considerable growth and very much on our radar.

Presenting the award, the Lord Provost added;

“That you’ve grown your international trade for 6 consecutive years illustrates the scale and consistency of your success and shows a sustainability, commitment and brand strength that’s helped you achieve this accolade”

Now exporting close to 60% of our sales internationally and with regional offices in London, Marbella and Dubai, alongside our Queen’s Award for International Trade, we feel well-placed to expand further into Europe, the Middle East and beyond.
