In addition to a competitive salary, a portion of the company’s annual profit is shared with the team based on their contribution. This can be up to 10% of your annual salary.
We expect everyone in the team to do their bit, but when (and sometimes where) is flexible. Most of the team work within the core hours of 10 – 3:30, but whether you’re an early bird or a night owl, you can work the hours to suit you.
Flexible and extra holidays
80 DAYS employees get 8 bank holidays a year, but can take the days off when they choose (with a slight exception for Christmas and New Year).
In addition, every employee gets an extra day of holiday for each year of service (up to a maximum of 5 additional days)
City centre location and a castle view!
Our Edinburgh office is right in the centre of town making for easy commutes, plenty of great places to eat and drink nearby, and the odd spot of lunchtime shopping! Our London and Dubai offices are also located in the city centre.
Each year we organise a summer party for the team and a Christmas party where you can bring a partner as well. Throughout the year we also organise smaller events, rotating the team who organise so there’s always something new and interesting… but no more bubble football after the injuries sustained in 2017!
Pay day treats
On the last Friday of every month you’ll find something yummy in the kitchen (if you’re quick enough!)
80 DAYS offers a contributory pension scheme for those who have been with the company for over 3 months.
For parents, our childcare voucher scheme allows you to exchange up to £243 a month for childcare vouchers before tax, saving on your disposable income.
Mobile phone allowance
For senior client-facing employees, you can reclaim the cost of your mobile phone each month (up to £40) as expenses.
Travel loans and cycle to work scheme
For employees buying a season travel ticket, you can borrow the amount needed interest free and pay back monthly.
For a more active commute we operate a cycle to work scheme that helps you purchase a discounted bicycle.
All the drinks!
Throughout the day we keep the team stocked with all the Nespresso coffee, tea, soft drinks & mineral water they can drink. At the end of the week (or a hard day!) employees can help themselves to a beer, wine or g&t from our well stocked fridge.
