A long-time client of 80 DAYS, The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa already enjoyed a loyal guest following. However, after extensive refurbishment, there was a desire to refine their brand and shift perception in 2017. Rather than visiting Bath, they wanted guests to feel like the hotel and spa itself was the destination, establishing the property as a must-visit resort. This was reflected in their new website, designed and built by 80 DAYS, that launched in July 2017. It yielded impressive year-end results;
